Solid experience overall

So I tried Tapstitch out for a french terry sweatshirt and it was a pretty smooth process. The website was easy to navigate, found what I wanted without any fuss. The sweatshirt itself feels nice, true to size and the fabric is good. It took about a week to get here, which is fine, especially since I'm in California. I got a credit for a sample order when I first signed up, I think it was like $10 or $15 off. So yeah, they usually have something for new users trying out samples.

Shipping time can vary a bit but generally, once production is done, it's pretty quick to LA. I think my last order got to me in about 4-5 days after it shipped.

It's not Amazon fast, but it's decent for custom stuff. I'd say plan for maybe a week or so total from order to delivery in California, just to be safe. Production time is the main variable.
